One mind across every system you run.

Verb is the intelligence inside VerbFlow. It reads your drive, mail, calendar, deals, transcripts and connected finance systems as a single body of context, answers with the source attached, and then does the thing you asked for in the system that owns it.

ChatA conversation with Verb about your work. How & why
Which open deals slipped this month, and what did we promise each of them

Three deals moved past their expected close date. Halden Freight slipped from the fourteenth after their procurement lead went on leave Gmail. Westmoor Clinics is waiting on the revised security appendix you agreed to send Drive. Corva Logistics asked for a second pilot site Meet transcript.

Two of the three are waiting on you, not on them. I can draft all three follow-ups against what was actually promised, and set a reminder for Thursday.

Draft those three and hold them for my review

01 Context

It reads the whole company, not the open tab.

Most assistants see the window you are in. Verb sees the workspace. A question about a slipping deal can pull the deal record, the last three emails, the meeting transcript where the delay was mentioned, and the proposal file that named the date, and then reconcile them into one answer.

Files
Everything in your connected drive plus anything uploaded by hand. A workspace of a few thousand documents is ordinary, and each one keeps its own availability.
Conversation
Mail threads, Slack, Telegram and WhatsApp Business messages where they are connected, so a promise made in chat is as findable as one made in writing.
Calls
Meeting transcripts from Google Meet, Zoom, Teams and Webex, captured at organisation scope rather than per person.
Records
Deals, companies, contacts, products, orders, invoices and payouts from the CRM and from Stripe, Square, QuickBooks and HubSpot.
02 Sources

Every claim carries its receipt.

The brand rule behind the product is short: if it cannot be measured, it is not claimed. Verb answers the same way. Statements come back with the document, thread or transcript they came from, and you can scope a question before you ask it.

Scope before you ask

The Sources control sits in the composer. Point a question at one system, one folder, one deal, or everything at once, and the answer stays inside that boundary.

Follow it back

Citations are live. Open the message, the file or the moment in the transcript that produced the sentence you are reading.

03 Effort

One model family. Four levels of thinking.

VerbFlow runs on FlowState 1.0. Instead of asking you to choose between a dozen model names, it gives you one family and a slider. Quick lookups stay quick. Hard questions get the room they need.

LEVEL 01

Base

Fast lookups, short drafts, simple record changes.

LEVEL 02

Elevate

Multi step questions that need two or three sources reconciled.

LEVEL 03

Super

The working default. Analysis, planning and longer writing.

LEVEL 04

Hyper

The hardest questions, where thoroughness matters more than speed.

04 Memory

What was said is as searchable as what was written.

Memos capture notes, voice and decisions. Meeting transcripts land in the same knowledge base as your files. The result is that the phrase you half remember from a call on Tuesday is findable on Friday, by you or by an agent working on your behalf.

  • Organisation scoped transcripts, so the record belongs to the company and not to whoever happened to be in the room
  • Voice memos and written notes in one place, tied to the work they belong to
  • Knowledge base analytics showing what is being asked and where the gaps are
05 Creation

Drafts that already sound like your company.

Because the context is your workspace, the writing starts from your material. A follow-up references what was actually promised. A brief cites the proposal. A report pulls the figures from the connected system rather than from a guess.

Mail

Drafts held for your review, or sent when you say so, from the inbox you already use.

Reports

Built from live records, so the number in the summary is the number in the system.

Dashboards

Ask for a view of the business and get a working surface, not a static picture.

06 Handoff

When it becomes routine, hand it over.

A question you ask once belongs in chat. A question you ask every Monday belongs to a specialist. Describe the role to Verb and it creates an agent that runs the work, reports back, and holds anything that needs your signature.
