Connect it once. Keep it in sync.
Sixteen systems connect today. Each one reports its own health and the time of its last sync, so you always know whether the answer you just read was current. Twenty four more sit on the request list, and the one you need next can be moved to the top of it.
Sixteen systems, and what each one unlocks.
Files and knowledge
- Google Drive
- Every document in the drive becomes searchable context, with its own availability on each file.
- Microsoft
- Outlook mail, calendar, Teams meetings and OneDrive files, as an alternative file source to Drive.
Communication
- Gmail
- Read, search and reference mail threads, then draft and send from the inbox you already have.
- Slack
- Team conversation joins the same body of context as your files and calls.
- Phone line
- Included with VerbFlow. A number Verb texts and calls from in its own voice, and answers when it rings.
- WhatsApp Business
- Verb sends and receives from your WhatsApp Business number.
- Telegram
- Verb reads and replies through your organisation's Telegram bot.
Schedule and people
- Google Calendar
- Events, availability and the schedule Verb works against when it books anything.
- Google Contacts
- Contact information and relationships, kept next to the deals they belong to.
Revenue and finance
- HubSpot
- Open deals and pipeline value, visible next to the CRM rather than in another tab.
- Stripe
- Read only access to real revenue, recurring revenue, payments and balance.
- QuickBooks
- Outstanding invoices and the profit and loss picture, at a glance.
- Square
- Orders, payments and takings from the point of sale, in VerbFlow and in Verb.
Analysis, travel and media
- Power BI
- Your workspaces and reports, with any report one click away.
- Navan
- Included with VerbFlow. Trips and travel spend, and Verb books or changes travel on your approval.
- Higgsfield
- Cinematic image generation from VerbFlow Studio.
Health you can see, not health you assume.
Connections are not a list of logos. Each one shows whether it is connected, when it last synced, and when it was first attached. If a source went stale, the product tells you before a stale answer does.
- Connection state and last reported sync on every source
- Connect and disconnect from the workspace, not from a personal account
- Knowledge base analytics showing what is being asked and answered
- Read only where read only is enough, as with Stripe
One file source at a time
VerbFlow reads knowledge base files from a single drive. You can use Google Drive or Microsoft for files, but not both at once. Calendar, mail and contacts are unaffected, and support for several file sources at once is planned.
We would rather write this on the website than let you find it in week two.
Twenty four more, and a queue you can move.
Inside the product there is a request button next to each one. What gets asked for most gets built next. No sales call required to register an opinion.
